Silver Atelier Squirrel Blend Quill is not working as quill, since it lacks point. It is more mop than quill and it does not held well as the mop either. You can get suspiciously similar quill much cheaper too, since this is made in China.

Kagalovska by Davinci is very elegant and versatile synthetic quill, that can do fine details and moderate size washes. It best feature is how quickly it makes sharp point, without too much effort. It is really great Quill to have and is sadly available as limited edision and it is only available in few sizes.
